Each week, WE's Extreme Love takes us into the lives of couples who lead unconventional relationships — to put it lightly. From pregnant males to feeder couplesthe show, which originally got its start as a Barcroft web series, profiles "shocking and outrageous" love stories "with a twist" to drive home the point that "there's someone for everyone. You know, in a totally normal, non-sexual way.
His debut Before Dawn was a relationship drama set among a zombie apocalypse, and his follow-up, Baitwas a gore-filled, hard-hitting story of desperation when faced with debt collectors. However, his latest cinematic outing - hitting the Horror Channel in January - is an outrageously grotesque slice of surreal horror. We spoke to Dominic and Joanne as the film was due to be released inand they told us that although Joanne wrote the story, they trusted Paul Shrimpton with the script, largely due to his work on the aforementioned Inbred.
To be clear, those in the ABDL community are not interested in sexual contact with children or babies, as some people mistakenly believe, but are interested in items and activities related to behaving like or pretending to be children. Saying that people who identify as ABDL are misunderstood and maligned would be a colossal understatement. For those reasons, the mere existence of Tykables, which offers all three, is something of a marvel.
Part contemporary Benny Hill sketch, part micro-budget Troma-style slasher, it falls into what is quite possibly the weirdest of cracks in British pop-culture: politically-motivated gross-out comedies filled to the brim with poo jokes directed by Paddy from Emmerdale. Throw absolutely every last hang-up you might have about unconventional storytelling, scatological humour and hyper-cheap, porno-looking cinematography out the window and you might just have some fun here. Everything after that is a bit of a blur of soiled old-man-nappies, sexy latex nurse costumes and the occasional bout of good old fashioned hyper-violence. Did you know this was a thing? On TLC's "My Strange Addiction" last night they featured an adult who sleeps in a crib, sucks on a binkie, wears huge baby clothes and spends 24 hours a day sitting in pee because "there's nothing more comfortable than a warm, wet diaper". And what is the appeal there?
A 24 year-old photographer lives as a full-time adult baby — and even poops and pees in special adult baby diapers he buys online. The snapper, called David, embraced the adult baby diaper lover ABDL community five years ago after a tough childhood which saw his parents abandon him aged five. David, who lives in a southern US state, spent 13 years in care, and says spending his days eating baby food, watching cartoons and playing with toys helps soothe the trauma of that difficult time. He works from home as an editor and 3D-animator, leaving him free to indulge the past time in privacy.
